Now I don't know if I like this.....
I was born on November 22, usually I am between Scorpio and Sagittarius I'm not sure why but it is that way.
With this new change I'm considered a Libra  ???

I received the call from Sephora on my palette arrival
Thanks Sephora!!

Lucifer, Speed Blue, Razor Gray and Tequila

Lucifer-Matte charcoal black
Speed Blue-Dark metallic blue
Razor Gray-Warm gun steel shimmer
Tequila-Metallic cornsilk shimmer (reminds me of Mac's Ricepaper, Creme Royale(le) or maybe even Nylon)

Sinner-Metallic purple w/black shimmer
Rad Purple-Matte purple black w/purple glitter
Leather-Matte dark brown
Galeano-Metallic medium plum shimmer

My Opinion
I have to say I love every shade on this palette.
Color pigmentation is awesome.
Eyeshadows are very silky smooth.
Great for those colorful metallic smokey eye looks.
Package is good.
You get 8 eyeshadows for $34 this is a deal already.
Overall I really like this palette and I hope this review was helpful.
Thanks to those of you that help me in deciding to get this palette. I do not regreat it at all.
I will post looks with this palette soon.

And now I await my call for the UD Naked Palette

Too Faced Naked Eye Palette

I know I had blogged about what palette I should get between the Kat Von D Betthoven palette and this Too Faced Naked Eye palette.
Well unfortunately when I went to Sephora the Beethoven Palette was sold out due to a sale they had were they were selling the palettes for $18.00 =(
I did not want to leave empty handed so I picked this one up.
I did get on their waiting list though, so that I can know when they have The Kat Von D in stock. =)

 Product Description
This Naked Eye kit contains sheer matte shadows, soft shimmers that offer the perfect balance and variety for every skintone. This palette of naturally nude shadows will have you looking super neutral yet drop dead gorgeous for any ocassion.
This kit also contains 3 cards that help you create 3 looks
Day
Classic
Fashion
but you can definetly create much more looks than that.

Shades and Color Descriptions
In The Buff-Matte Ivory
Pillow Talk-Sheer Light Taupe
Like a Virgin-Matte Taupe
Birthday Suit-Sheer Shimmery Beige
Satin Sheets-Shimmery Golden Champagne
Unmentionables-Shimmery Steel Gray
Pink Cheeks-Sheer Pale Pink
Lap Dance-Silvery Taupe
Stiletto-Matte Black

Swatches

My Opinion
I am a fan of the Satin Taupe color. This pallette has gorgeous nude, taupe colors. Although some may be a tad bit shimmery, you can always tone the shimmer down with a matte crease color or with the included shade in Like a Virgin (matte taupe). I have also been using Mac's Cork and kid alot with this palette.

Pros-Color pigmentation I really liked they are nicely pigmented and with a base they look much better.
Lasting Power-I use it with UDPP in Eden and they last all day until I wash my face.
Favorite Colors
In the Buff I use this one as a highlight and I absolutely LOOVE this color is gorgeus, specially since I am much into matte shades at the moment.
Unmentionables-This shade is the reason why I bought this palette in the first place.
It is a steel gray color that I have been wanting for a while but never found it.
Lap Dance-This color reminded me of Mac's Satin Taupe but a bit lighter.
Mec'a Satin Taupe seems to have just a bit more red in it.
Like a Virgin-I like this color to contour on my crease.

Cons-Packing is very bulky, but I still manage to carry it when Im on the go.
Very little product 6 of the eyeshadows are quite small.

I hope this review was helpful and hope that you all liked it.
Thanks for Stopping By!

Urban Decay The Black Palette

I know that I have been a Hardcore Mac Lover for a very Long time; but I think it's time to explore new things.
I've been tempted in buying UD eyeshadows since I've read very good reviews about them.
So I decided to give them a try.
My First exploring item is
TADAAAA!

Urban Decay The Black Palette
Product Description
Eyeshadows dipped in black. Dangerous sparkly-shift jewel tones plus sooty matte black shadow assure your place in rockstar history.

My Opinion
For all you Smokey Eye Lovers this is for you.
For a dramatic look these are perfect.
These eyeshadows as they are described, they are dipped in black but have a sparkly very fined glittery finish. They are silky smooth, easy to work with.
Great color pigmentation and lasting power.
Look even better if used with a color base to pop it's hidden color.
I purchased this palette because I missed the Mac Venomous Villains Collection.
I really liked the Maleficent MSF ES's and I thought these can be a close match to them.
Everytime I think of MSE I think way too much shimmer and fallout. Although the previous MSE like the ones from In the Groove Collection were actually not too shimmery at all, I actually liked them. This is why I was so bummed out about missing the Venomous Collection. :(
But these UD are very nice after all.

Cons-To me it is a great palette for a dramatic smokey eye lover, but if I don't use these colors with a color base to make the colors pop, my eyeshadow will turn into a completely black look. =(
If anyone has any tips on how to use this palette, Pleaseee Let Me know..
I am tempted in taking it back.

Item Descriptions
Black Dog-Deep Dark Black very matte
Barracuda-Blackened gunmetal w/silver tones
Jet-Dark-Deep Purple w/pink-red shimmer. Not the purple I was looking for though.
Sabbath-Dark Blue with blue specs
Cobra-Golden Olive w/gold specs I like this color alot.
Libertine-Dark Deep Green w/green specs reminds me of my Mac Grand Entrance from The Holiday Collection Warm Eyes 2008
UDPP in Eden- I really LOOVED this primer as its texture is like a concealer and it just creates a good canvas for your eyeshadow. My eyeshadow lasted all day and it was kept intact. I will buy a full sized one ASAP.
UD 24/7 glide-on eye pencil in Zero- This was easy to apply but the color pigmentation wasn't that great for me. This was a bummer because I heard so many great things about this liner.
I still prefer and will stick to my Avon Dual Ended Liner.

Thanks for Stopping by and I hope this review was helpful
