Ruby Woo is a very Matte Vivid Blue-Red Lipstick.

MY REVIEW/OPINION
I have been wanting a perfect Matte Red Lipstick and now I have it.
Matte Lip Products may dry your lips a bit but with lip balm before usage you should be ok.
The color is very vivid and it lasts quite a long time.
I am very satisfied with this color and will be a must on my KIT.
