MAC MSF NATURAL IN GIVE ME SUN

I have stayed away from blogging due to staying away from shopping for makeup.
I started my collection since 2007.
I accumulated so much makeup specially from Mac that I now have a makeup room.
I used to get something from every single Mac collection that would launched. I have been away from Mac stores for about 2 years only buying the essentials but nothing else, and I still have so many things to use up. I used to think a Girl couldn't have too much makeup, boy was I wrong. Not only did I accumulate too much makeup I hardly even used any. So it is when I decided to use up what I own :) it is one of the main reason I have not posted much.

So I took a trip to Mac last night and purchased my so long wanted
Mac's MSF Natural in Give me Sun of course to use as a bronzer.
read and heard so many great reviews about it I just needed to experience on my own.
Boy am I in LOVE!!.

 Mineralize Skinfinish Natural

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A luxurious domed face powder with minerals slowly baked to provide a dimensional yet natural-matte finish that provides perfect low coverage.
Used to set and fix foundation or as a touch up throughout the day.

COLOR DESCRIPTION
Light Sumer Peach Tan

MY REVIEW
I am absolutely in Love with this product, it gives me that subtle contour and bronzed look.
Not shimmery like most bronzers are.
For reference I'm NC37 in Mac's Studio Fix Fluid.
This color is just amazing.
It doesn't look muddy on my skin, lasts all day for me.
Overall I'm glad I finally purchased this powder and will definitely repurchase again.

Mary Kay Oil Mattifier

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Oil on the skin’s surface helps the upper layer of the skin retain water and protects the skin from environmental causes of dryness. It also can give skin a greasy or sticky feel that is present several hours after cleansing.
This lightweight formula dries to a natural, matte finish, instantly absorbing oil and controlling shine for at least eight hours.
Suitable for sensitive skin.
Clinically tested for skin irritancy and allergy.
Fragrance and oil free.
Will not clog pores.
Hypoallergenic.
Price $15.00

MY OPINION/REVIEW
I have to say I like this mattifier better than the primer.
I use it after my moisturizer and before my foundation.
I noticed that it does keep my makeup in place and my skin has become less oily when I wear this.
I also set my foundation with the Mary Kay Setting Spray and its just an Amazing Combo.
I have found that I do not touch up as much, maybe once if its really necessary or if it is extremely hot and if  I'm very active, otherwise I do not feel the need to touch up when I wear this oil mattifier and the setting spray.
I definitely recommend this one to those with oily skin.
I hope this review was helpful.

Here is a photo I took at different times throughout the day.
from left to right
8:30 a.m. 12:30 p.m. & 4:30 p.m.
I did not touch up at all.

Thanks for Stopping by!

Mary Kay Eye Primer

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Mary Kay Eye Primer is a waterproof formula that glides on smoothly to extend the wear of eye color and prevent it from creasing and smudging.
Suitable for sensitive skin. Fragrance-free. Ophthalmologist-tested.
Suitable for contact lens wearers.
Price $12.00

MY OPINION
I actually like this eye primer. I have been wearing it a lot lately and it does make my eye shadow last. The texture is a medium/thick white lotion like product, but its easy to apply.
It does make the colors appear more vibrant.
The price is not as bad compared to my HG Mac's Paint Pots and UD Primer Potion.
Overall this is a great product and will keep buying.
